Shipping Policy

• We provide free delivery in Singapore for orders above S$50.
• Local deliveries will be sent via courier with a shipping fee of S$3.90.
• Please note that we are not liable for any loss, damaged or delayed mails caused by the courier companies.
• We will not be held responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address (unless it is our mistake on our end). 
• If you would like to have an item shipped internationally, please contact us directly to ensure that we can fulfil your request and to advise you on the shipping rates accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Every orders received will be checked and packed carefully before sending it out to you.
• Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable. The decision to offer you an exchange or store credits will be at our discretion.
