1. Why is my footrest slipping away? What should I do?

Answer: Our footrest are finished with a food-safe oil, with dirt resistant. Hence if you find your footrest slipping, it is usually due to the natural oils that have been produced causing the footrest to slip. We recommend wiping the highchair legs with rubbing alcohol, let it air dry then roll the rings to adjust the position of your footrest. 

2. Is the Silicone Placemat safe?

Answer: Yes it is! Our silicone placemat are made of 100% food grade, FDA approved, BPA free and soft to use! They are free from harsh chemicals found in plastics and lower grade silicones. 

3. Do your Silicone Placemat stained?

Answer: Our silicone placemats are made of high quality food grade silicone which is highly stain resistant. It may appear stained after a messy meal, but if you constantly use and wash like normal, it will disappear on its own as soaking may speed up this process. 

4. How do I clean my silicone placemat?

Answer: You can rinse your placemat with warm soapy water or place on the top rack of your dishwasher.

5. How do I clean my silicone bibs?

Answer: You can rinse your placemat with warm soapy water and air dry it.
